The Role:

The role of the PAM is primarily senior field based responsible for the execution and implementation of a comprehensive partner program and sales strategy. PAM will also drive profitable revenue with top tier partners assigned across defined region while simultaneously growing partner network.

  • Take overall responsibility to recruit, develop and manage new and existing channel partners.
  • Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements.
  • Support partners sales team to create a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Manage joint-sales and go to market efforts with partners and serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with your dedicated partners to build strong partnerships throughout your territory.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners.
  • Track and report metrics related to accounts, leads, sales pipeline, and revenue generated by partners.
  • Create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners.
  • Travel as necessary to visit with targeted partners.
  • Gain understanding of the current marketplace and bring market intelligence back to management to better strategize for future.
  • Forecast and track partner metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and appropriate sales activity levels and behaviors.
  • Ensure Partners and A-SAFE successfully meet agreed revenue, profitability and market share targets.
  • Coach and develop partners on A-SAFE solutions via in-person meetings, platform training, webinars and participation in their customer calls and appointments if needed.
  • Consistently conduct regular business review meetings with assigned partners.
  • Build A-SAFE credibility, brand value and trust with partners.
  • Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly.

What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • A significant proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners and senior stakeholders (C-Suite) within organisations.
  • Work collaboratively with partners sales teams to identify key opportunities, develop sales forecasts, and remove potential obstacles.
  • Educate partner stakeholders and sales teams on A-SAFE products, programs, promotions, pricing, and sales campaigns.
  • Develop and execute partner-facing and internal partner marketing activities.
  • Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc partner business reviews to ensure aligned with objectives.
  • Regularly report on partner achievements and assigned metrics.
  • Make recommendations regarding channel partner program tools, incentives, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong prioritisation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and oral), with the ability to adjust style to the audience.
  • Working knowledge off CRM/PRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • IT literate.
  • An extensive proven track record of sales negotiations and closing deals.
  • Exceptional commercial awareness and proven success in delivering business objectives.
  • A full clean driving licence.
  • A current passport and the ability to travel overseas without known restrictions.

Desirable:

  • 3+ years channel partner sales experience.
  • Previous experience of the industry (Warehouse/material handling).
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing and solution development.
  • Self-motivated, strong execution capability.
  • Travel 50% within defined region.
