Key Objective for Technical Services Team (TST) is to gather all site-information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations in a timely manner and make preparations/take ownership for (larger) projects (install instructions etc). The Technical Services Team position has both field-based and desk-based elements to the role.

How You Can Help Us

  • Conduct accurate customer site surveys.
  • Using the survey information, produce optimum solutions proposals and Technical Specifications utilising the A-SAFE product range to suit the application within the compliance of PAS13.
  • Produce drawings and Technical Specifications from the site survey using CXP or producing CAD overlays to drawing files provided by the customer.
  • Liaise with the client throughout this process with any revisions to requirements being actioned in collaboration with the salesperson.
  • Liaise closely with both the Sales Development Executives (SDE’s), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM’s) and the Back office/Install department.
  • Customer POC throughout the Survey > Quote process and during installation.
  • Implement variation orders as required.
  • Collate relevant information pertinent to the Installation environment.
  • Inputting data into the company’s CRM & ERP system
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required.

  • Back Office / Install department.

What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Ability to understand & interpret site drawings.
  • CAD proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Transport safety.
  • Experienced in the use of measuring tools (Tape, Wheel, Laser).
  • Good communication skills & confident dealing with customers and internal colleagues at all levels.
  • A self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills.
  • Working knowledge off CRM systems.
  • IT literate.
  • Attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • A working knowledge of the new-build process
  • Previous experience in or knowledge of the industry
