The Role

Learning Management System

  • Develop the LMS internationally creating buy in through job enhancing content
  • Working with key stakeholders continually evaluate and improve the sustainability of the system

LMS Courses

  • Working with the wider L&D team and engaging key stakeholders, design and implement a blended suite of e-learning courses centred around:
  • Product knowledge
  • Systems knowledge
  • Safety competence
  • Embedding and sustaining sales skills
  • Embedding and sustaining management skills
  • Software tutorials
  • Design creative and engaging e-learning content using a variety of mediums to ensure learning through technology is maximised
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the LMS offering to deliver the required knowledge or skill to support business growth
  • Implement a blended learning plan that encompasses required knowledge transfer to ensure competence

Digital Learning

  • Define innovative ways of enhancing the blended learning approach through the use of contemporary methodologies and future advancements in technology such as Smart phone and social media channels

Learning Materials

  • Work with Marketing to provide templates for all learning interventions that support the A-Safe brand ensuring consistency internationally
  • Creative designer of all learning support materials providing the training team and line management with the tools to develop and embed learning

Other

  • As a new role in a fast moving, rapidly business and as part of a small, growing L&D team, a flexible approach is required to achieve the L&D objectives. As such, there will be other ad hoc duties as required.

The Candidate

  • Substantial experience of managing a Learning Management System.
  • Contemporary knowledge of learning technologies, trends and future advancements.
  • Ability to design creative and engaging e-learning courses.
  • Systems and IT competent.
  • People centric with a genuine passion for development.
  • Innovative and creative in delivering blended learning solutions that enhance performance.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Can-do attitude embracing constant change and growth as opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Captivate/ Articulate Storyline.
  • Experience of training and facilitation.
