The Role

Writing

  • Research, write and execute compelling and creative content for a wide range of digital marketing communications.
  • Ensure all content is SEO friendly and follows brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Work with internal experts and global subsidiaries to gather data and insights.
  • Research opportunities for greater exposure through digital content marketing.
  • Be a constant source of fresh, innovative ideas to develop our copy offering.
  • Communicate and work closely with other delivery teams, including Multimedia, Design, SEO and Website.
  • Monitor content trends and relevant industry news to ensure our approach is up-to-date.

 

PPC

  • Managing the PPC agency to optimise all paid media accounts and increase leads across all subsidiaries.
  • Reviewing the performance data from the PPC agency, identifying improvements and coordinate these across all subsidiaries, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Creating concise, engaging copy for paid media campaigns and organising translations from global offices.

 

Social Media

  • Planning, creating and implementing all social media activity (organic and paid) to grow A-SAFE’s social media presence and engagement.
  • Delivery of all Social Media campaigns: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other digital platforms across all subsidiaries using tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Devising engaging campaigns and opportunities for interaction with audiences, using paid activity as necessary to reach and engage with target markets.
  • Joining relevant communities and form relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.

 

E-Marketing

  • Developing, planning and managing email marketing strategies and campaigns, with full compliance to GDPR.
  • Managing the scheduling, testing and deployment of all email campaigns and full analysis and review.

 

Website & Content

  • Writing optimised content for the A-SAFE website and blog.
  • Writing interesting SEO articles for the blog around pre-selected keywords provided by the SEO Manager.

 

International

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across A-SAFE’s international subsidiaries to promote the benefits of digital marketing and optimised content.

 

Innovation

  • Maintain a strong understanding of available technologies and monitor the latest digital trends in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how the organisation can best leverage new tools and services.

The Candidate

  • 3-5 years experience in a content marketing or writing role or similar.
  • Confident, articulate and an excellent track record of end to end digital content management ideally within a B2B company and across a range of channels including social media, Linked in and website.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment with a high workload.
  • Excellent writing skills – passionate about creating engaging and shareable digital content.
  • Able to write about technical or complex subjects in an easy to understand way.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work written for SEO optimised content.
  • Experienced in managing digital content across a range of platforms – reviewing and revising approach to optimise impact and keep content fresh.
  • Attention to detail - impeccable spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary.
  • Experience of managing and growing social media accounts using analytics, reporting tools and schedule software e.g. Hootsuite.
  • Able to work proactively but delivering day to day also.
  • Analytical and decisive.
  • Takes the initiative and is a creative lateral thinker and problem solver.
  • Enthusiastic team player – able to build constructive relationships with key stakeholders throughout the international business.
  • Willingness to try new things, innovative & pioneering approach.
  • Promotes an ethos of continuous improvement.
