Maintenance & Extended Warranty

A-Safe Barriers are virtually maintenance free! The barrier is the same colour all the way through and therefore any scratch or scuff means no painting or touching up. It does not rust or rot and can remain as if new for years and years. The main things to consider are checking the fixings are torque to the correct settings as you should with any barrier and then cleaning it! However we also offer maintenance plans and extended warranty services.

The standard warranty also covers our installation of the barrier and can be extended to cover your own installation, provided it has been approved by our specialists. For full details of our terms and conditions, please see warranty document. In addition, we offer the following options for customers who wish to extend their warranty:

Extended Warranty Gold Service

The warranty can be extended to 5 years, provided you take out a 5-year maintenance contract at the time of purchase. The contract provides for 4 visits per year by our specialist team who will check all fixings, identify any damage and report on any other problems. You pay a set price per post per visit, plus travel costs.

Extended Warranty Platinum Service

The Platinum Service offers all the advantages of the Gold, along with a free repair or replacement service for barriers, which have been accidentally damaged. You pay a set price post per visit, plus travel costs.
